12-Year Warranty Coverage

Our written warranty covers the following areas:

Structural Integrity

Structural integrity of the building.

Water Leakage & Seepage

Water leakage and seepage issues.

Plumbing Systems

Plumbing lines and internal piping systems.

Electrical Systems

Electrical wiring and internal electrical systems.

Manufacturer-Based Warranty

Items such as CP fittings, sanitary ware, electrical switches, MCBs, and lighting fixtures are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.

Warranty Conditions

  • The property must be used under normal residential conditions.
  • Regular maintenance should be carried out as advised.
  • Any issues must be reported promptly to Build Smart.
  • No unapproved third-party work is permitted.
  • Any issues covered under warranty must be reported to Build Smart within 2 days.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Third-party contractors or service providers engaged without Build Smart’s knowledge or approval.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
  • Damage caused by external forces such as heavy machinery, structural alterations, or hammering.
  • Damage caused during drilling or modifications by untrained personnel leading to electrical or plumbing failures.
  • Natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, or other unforeseen events.
  • Negligence, misuse, or improper maintenance.

Warranty Assessment

Build Smart reserves the right to inspect and evaluate claims before approving warranty services.
